Why does Raven like hairdye? --RaiJinX

I don't know. Where was this information found at? JunKazamaFan 18:11, 18 September 2007 (PDT)
Says it on the page, likes: hairdye. --RaiJinX
I know that. I meant places other than Tekkenpedia. I can't find it anywhere else. JunKazamaFan 15:47, 21 September 2007 (PDT)

Confused[edit]

Raven's official Tekken 6 story says that he met Heihachi Mishima at The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5, and they began to fight. However, in Heihachi's Tekken 6 story, it says that, after he woke up, The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 had already ended. So, how could Raven fight Heihachi in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 if Heihachi didn't canonically compete in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5? I'm confused here. JunKazamaFan 17:51, 31 October 2007 (PDT)

Woah. Dude, you're right. Are the translations inaccurate? --RaiJinX
It says "during", not "at". World of difference. --Hecko 23:05, 31 October 2007 (PDT)
RaiJinX: They shouldn't be.
Hecko X: True, true. But Heihachi did not compete in The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5. He was unconscious while the tournament happened. Therefore, it's impossible for Raven to have met Heihachi during or at the tournament. The only way they could have met is either before or after the tournament. Heihachi was unconscious while the tournament happened, so it's impossible for them to meet and fight outside of the tournament, too. JunKazamaFan 23:22, 31 October 2007 (PDT)
Probably a time frame screw-up in English, because it is infered in one of the sentences.
  • Heihachi gets blown to Hell.
  • KoIFT5 starts.
  • Jin defeats Jinpachi (KoIFT5 is now technically finished).
  • Heiachi wakes up.
  • Raven and Heihachi fight.
  • Jin is declared winner and KoIFT5 is officially finished, meaning events up til now would still be considered during KoIFT5.
This way, both are technically true. Though I cannot say for sure, after all, I didn't write the stories. --Hecko 02:26, 1 November 2007 (PDT)
That is possible, and it would make sense. But, there is no mention of Heihachi going to fight anyone at or during the fifth tournament. He goes to the Zaibatsu headquarters, and the Tekken Force blocks his way. If he fought anyone, I believe it would have been mentioned in Heihachi's profile. Lack of space..? --Hecko 11:30, 17 November 2007 (PST)
this is not the first continuity problem. T2-T3 is 15 years. T3-T4 is 2 years. T2-T4 is 20 years. --Ur-noob 23:44, 24 March 2008 (PDT)

T2~T3 = 19 years, T2~T4 = 21 years, your math is way off, which is why you can't make it fit

If Jun competed in the tournament then she couldn't be pregnant during it, but had to be pregnant afterwards. This couldn't have happened straight away because Kazuya would have to seize the Zaibatsu in order to take control. Pregnancy lasts nine months, so unless Jin was born very late in the year or the continuity is wrong and the difference is 20 years not 19. Help me out here!

She became pregnant during the end of the second tournament. For all we know, that could've been some time in February. What you need to understand here, is that in the Tekken Universe, ages are calculated either by year of birth or by year of conception, and not by any specific date, i.e. how old they "really" are. And we know that the difference between T2 and T3 is 19 years by applying simple mathematics to Lei Wulong's (or almost anyone else's) age, meaning that either Jin was born during the same year as the second tournament was held, or they calculate age by year of conception.

Yeah,I don't know what we'd do without him :D

Country of Origin[edit]

Where was it confirmed that he's Canadian? All of the games have said "Unknown" for his homeland, so far as I can tell. Ninjinister 20:21, 2 December 2011 (PST)

It is interesting question! I found what in Tekken 6 official Europe site saying what he from Canada, but in other media (games, manuals, etc) nothing says about Canada. (Raven's profile on Tekken 6 Europe site).
Hamachi (talk) 14:19, 4 February 2014 (CET)
Well, EU site's the worst official Tekken 6 site. It lacked so many credible info for some reason. -Toilethead101 11:16 5 February 2014 (PHT)
So, you think what this info is not correct? I think same, but I don't sure. I will try to ask Michael (because Harada-san not responding).
Hamachi (talk) 15:36, 5 February 2014 (CET)
The EU site had major flaws aside from Raven. It still states that Jin and Asuka are half-siblings without a common parent, and it says that Zafina came from India. (This eventually resulted with Harada confirming that Zafina came from the middle east, not India.) Toilethead101 07:12 6 February 2014 (PHT)
